Sometimes there are delays with Customs, Quarantine, varying flight schedules and destination-specific factors that are outside of our control. For any queries regarding shipping, please feel free to email us.
We process orders within 1 business day of payment being received, and most of the time can send your order out the same day. During peak times and sales, this may take 1-2 days longer.
If your order is returned to sender we will contact you to try and resolve the situation. If you think your order has been returned but we haven't received it or contacted you yet, then please email us.
Do you ship worldwide?
Usually we do, but, from time to time different countries have movement restrictions for legal and/or biosecurity reasons. From our Australian warehouse we ship with Australia Post and you can access the latest information on shipping delays and restrictions here.
If for some reason we can’t process or ship your order we will email you, so please add us to your trusted senders so we don’t miss each other in your spam filter.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We send all HERCK orders with tracking numbers. You can virtually watch that box make its way to you with the power of the internet.
If you notice a hitch with your order tracking, get in contact with us but also contact your local mail carrier to expedite the enquiry.
I wasn't home when they tried to deliver my parcel
For all orders under AU$200, there is a standard ATL (Authority to leave) as long as there is a safe place. If you do not wish to have an ATL, please let us know prior to your order.
If there is no safe place to leave the package, you may need to collect it from a local distribution centre. They should leave a calling card or notify you by email or sms with specific instructions.
If there are any issues with delivery, you'll need to contact your local mail carrier and get in contact with us so we can expedite the enquiry.
Additional Shipping Fees
FREIGHT COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CUSTOMS CLEARANCES, TAXES OR DUTIES - Please ensure you know your country import rules and regulations regarding importing HERCK goods for personal use. The majority of countries have no extra charges, but some countries may request additional taxes.
Any costs incurred after dispatch of the order from our facility are at the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Whenever possible, please provide your residential address. Usually, we can't deliver to auction houses, malls or shopping centres, furniture and retail stores, hospitals, military bases or airports as these usually require delivery to a dock.
HERCK will not be liable for orders delivered to the incorrect address due to customer failure to double check the address. Please check the shipping address on your order confirmation email as some services like Paypal will override entered addresses in favour of the one on their records. Reply to that email ASAP if you need to change your address. However, if your order is already shipped it's unlikely we can update it for you.
