Returns
As fragrance experience is individual, we encourage our first-time customers to purchase the Discovery Set, comprising of 8-sample-sized fragrances to help you find your favourite.
If you've purchased our full-sized product and it wasn't for you, you can choose from: returning your order (free + refunded*) or try new fragrances with our help! So far, none of our customers have returned their orders.
*We cannot offer free returns on sale items, sample sized products, or orders that are discounted more than 15%. You are, however, eligible for a full refund after returning your order at your cost.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives and doesn't seem right, you're covered. Things like damage during shipping, or manufacturing faults that are obvious when your order comes will need to be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. For these, you can apply for a store credit or replacement only. Bear in mind that a damaged shipping box with intact product inside isn't grounds for replacement or store credit.
At the request of our investigations team, you may be required to ship the faulty product back to us for further investigation at your cost. To avoid having to ship the products back to us, make sure your photos and/or video clearly show the fault.
Fair wear and tear
Yeah, we have moving parts in our HERCK pocket perfume dispenser. The mechanism that allows the lid to spin is pretty damn durable under normal use, and the steel surface is treated with premium anodising.
Normal wear and tear will show friction marks where the lid slides across the top of the dispenser base, some loosening in the spin mechanism and the friction from sliding in and out of your pocket will polish and eventually start wearing the anodising off. While the HERCK pocket dispenser is durable, it's like a pair of shoes and won't last forever.
However, the humble truth is that we'd be chuffed that you love your HERCK pocket perfume dispenser so much that it wears out!

Can I return or apply for a refund on a HERCK product purchased through a stockist?
Our Stockists run their business separate to ours, so any products purchased from herck.com cannot be returned/exchanged at our Stockists, and any items purchased from a Stockist may only be returned/exchanged from where you made your purchase.
